As the CEO/Owner of A1 Stone World, Ken’s most important job is developing an amazing team. Ken’s passion is in developing leaders and systems that work together to create an incredible experience for our two biggest stakeholders – our customers and our employees! Ken considers himself a nomad, having lived in New Hampshire, Idaho, Colorado, South Carolina, and Florida. He loves spending time with his wife and 4 kids.

Danielle Cromwell ("Dani" for short) is our Human Resources Coordinator. She is focused on maintaining a productive and fun work environment for our staff. What keeps her going is her tireless drive, and her love for people and her four-year-old Pitbull, Blu. Danielle is originally from Middleburg, FL. In her free time, she likes to read, travel and offer permanent makeup services on the side.

Originally from Naples Italy, Pasquale Bianco is our Production Manager and Computer Aided Design (CAD) Draftsperson. At just 5 years old, he disassembled his mother’s cabinetry, which could have been a sign that he was destined to work in the industry. Pasquale’s formal professional experience began in his family's tool repair business. He then ran a pizzeria for some time before he finally landed in granite fabrication nearly two decades ago. His work is craftsmanship at its finest!

Christian Stilianou is one of our Field Techs/Templators. He works with customers, contractors, and designers to craft beautiful spaces. Christian’s passions are learning and analyzing ways to become better and overcoming challenges through hard work and dedication. Christian is originally from Orange Park, FL. He is married with three children and enjoys building and woodworking.
