I have to say that this was the best idea I’ve ever had yet. I shopped around and A1 Stone World succeeded my expectations by far. I woke up one morning and decided to simply add cabinets on the long wall in my small dining room which was the easy part. Shopping for a countertop didn’t come as easy because I was trying to decide if we should do a poured concrete top which would take weeks or shop around to order an attractive quartz top like I did. We drove up there 30-minutes before closing and Heather and Danielle were both tending to customers in the warehouse but they were both so sweet in juggling attention to all of us. I explained what I was looking for and already had something in mind but they pointed out the one I ended up buying. We are pleased with the process. Someone came out to measure using a laser and that’s when I surprised him with my electrical power towers. He took those measurements as well and they cut 2@ 4” holes that were perfectly centered. When they cave out to deliver, it was all done in so little time. Those2 men were great! I got a very long top so it has to have a seam but it blends so nicely. I can’t tell you how excited we are to have all this extra storage and attractive counter space. We have so many compliments on it too. Heather and Danielle kept us posted on the status of this special order top which really helped because I get anxious but the updates kept me calm. PS) I did stage it for this review LOL

Had a great experience. Picked out our granite counters Friday 3/1 and they were installed by Wednesday 3/13. We worked with Heather who was efficient and professional. Christian for the template. Carlos for the install. The counters are gorgeous. Our big peninsula type island has a seam but it’s barely noticeable. The waterfall is gorgeous. Very pleased with the process and efficiency of this team.

We had a great experience with A1 Stone World, from the initial visit to the final installed product. They were also very accommodating to rescheduling requests due to project delays on our end. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and look forward to enjoying our new Black Cosmic Granite kitchen counters for many years to come.

About 3 weeks ago I stopped in knowing about what I wanted.. the customer service rep listened and found me an aisle or 2 to chose from with out being overwhelmed .. 2 weeks ago a rep came out and efficiently measured, and today 2 more reps came out and did the install. I am impressed, I’m not sure I’ve ever had such streamlined service. Why can’t all construction go this way. Thank you team. I will definitely be using you for my next project.

We are very pleased with the quality of the job upon the completion of our kitchen countertops. Ken is a very engaged owner and was extremely helpful in ensuring our order was completed on time, and even earlier than the scheduled date. Communication is key with this type of project and Ken opened those lines. The kitchen looks great, the quartz is finished beautifully, all measurements are a perfect fit. Very professional service. A1 Stone World did a great job installing my countertop. I chose a black pearl and the workmanship was excellent. All of staff were helpful and courteous. I would strongly recommend A1 Stone World!

In today's business environment, A1 Stone World is the equivalent of a rare gem. Imagine contracting with a business for a product and they actually exceed your expectations. Such was the case with Ken and A1 Stone World. Another granite fabricator only delivered on 60% of the granite for our new kitchen...and then simply walked away from the job! I reached out to Ken (the owner of A1) and pleaded for his help to save our kitchen and install the missing two slabs. Without fear, he stepped right into the breach. Then, our builder passed along incorrect specifications for one of the two outstanding pieces and it came with a finished edge on the portion adjoining to a wall. Ugh! Without asking, Ken calls us an offers to "make-it-right". Not even our builder cared enough to address the bullnose edge adjoined to the wall. Even though he didn't have to, and even knowing it was the builders fault, he called us and said he was going to take care of the piece; and he did! Kudos and thank you, Ken and the A1 team

The recent crew I had install and island top and modify a backsplash, we excellent. The were very clean, careful, and effective. The finished product was flawless! They left my home clean and without damage. I would also like to specifically call out Vince. He is a true craftsman and has the patience of a Saint.

A1 Stone World has amazing customer service. I had a very weird home buying situation, and they honored the contract they had with the previous home owner. Amanda was very flexible and answered all my questions about material types and pricing so that I could stay on budget renovating our new home that came without a kitchen! I will attach photos as soon as the installation is complete I can not wait!

5 stars for A1 Stone World. Great communication from Amanda. Staff is friendly. Mark did a great job with the template. There were some tricky angles he had to work with. He was very knowledgeable and polite. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and he managed to work everything out so that there was one single seam. Nothing short of amazing! The installers were careful, polite & professional. They took their time and made sure everything was just right. They left the area clean as well. It's obvious to me that everyone at A1 Stone World takes pride in their work. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. I'm extremely happy with my new countertops!

Perfection! The new owner, Ken, personally called me when we had an issue. He resolved it quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Having moved here from Vermont, we were used to a certain kind of customer service, and we're struggling a bit to find it here in North Florida, but A1 Stone World knocked it out of the park! A1 gets an A+ for customer service. I worked with three very respectful employees, Amanda, Mark and Vincent to correct some 'rough' areas that were never fixed by original company in Daytona Beach. They addressed my concerns and sent Vincent to correct our problem. He showed up on time and fixed the rough spots making our granite look and feel like new. I would use A1 for future projects.

Great variety of quality products and a friendly knowledgeable staff. My wife and I worked with Rachael on selection of quartz for two vanity tops. Rachael was extremely patient and answered all questions professionally. Her advice and guidance in the selection process was invaluable and most welcomed. The tops were installed 10/06, but to our dismay one was not to specification. It was cut wrong, two sinks instead of one. Called Stone World and reported the issue. Within an hour the owner, Eddie, called and quickly assured me the mistake would be quickly resolved. Today, 10/11, the top was replaced and all is great. Extremely pleased with Stone World's customer service, professionalism, and honesty along with two beautiful vanity tops. Highly recommend A1 Stone World for your project.

We had an issue with the install initially and the owner immediately addressed it and went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied. I don’t even know where to begin ... Heather at the Blanding location, Breanna and Eddie at the Green Cove location are all amazing to work with. I had gone back and forth with a couple options. A1 Stone World is the place to go for beautiful White Carrara Marble and any other stone! They are professional, patient when I couldn’t decide on which product, and the install looks perfect! If you are contemplating marble, I say go for it!! We had the backsplash already installed when we decided to go ahead and order my dream countertops, their installers got the old granite out without damaging the preexisting backsplash tile!

The entire experience with A1 Stone World was a treat. My first Contact was Brittany. She is literally the most professional and informed person I have ever worked with as a customer. She pointed me in all the right directions to achieve the perfect look I was searching for. Vince came out to do my template for the granite. He was also extremely professional and reassuring that everything would be perfect. He was on time and very fast doing his work. For installation, Jaime came out with a helper. They did an excellent job, and again were very Speedy in accomplish their task. I met them at the start of the job to go over a few things, and then left my home to them. They locked up for me, and did not leave any mess at all. I would highly recommend this company!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new granite countertop. A1 Stone World was very attentive to our concerns for the correct layout and cut of a delicate slab. We were onsite to witness the process, Eddy and his staff were patient and perfect! The install was also flawless and delivered on time. Five stars all the way! Our cabinet installer recommended them to us and I'm so glad they did. Every other granite installer was charging a "cut in" fee if you weren't using the whole slab...but not A1. From our time on their lot (we went to the GCS location) to ordering to installation, every single person was fantastic to work with. Their selection of gorgeous granite is second to none. Since our sink wasn't an undermount, they rough cut the insert on site and the installer was nice enough to rough cut that insert piece down to a size that fit on one of our side tables. It was a small but thoughtful gesture that really said a lot to us about their customer service. I can't imaging going to anyone else, we are getting ready to redo our bathroom so I'll be going right back to them very soon.

Eddy and his staff have done a terrific job with all of my clients to date. They give realistic completion dates and the quality of work is excellent. Moreover, Eddy found a way to fit what the customer likes into their budget which is hard to do. Great job all around! Update. Eddy and his team did it again! Another outstanding installation with very pleased clients. The sales manager and front office staff have done a tremendous job with executing all requirements of my clients. I will not use anyone else and I will be sending over my sister next!

A1 Stone World recently installed countertops in my new home and they look fantastic. They were so helpful in the selection process making sure I was completely happy with the material I chose. They have a nice selection of slabs on site which made it easy to see exactly what I was getting. The installation was great and the countertops and sinks fit perfectly. Great Store, easy to work with, great pricing and a wonderful customer service ! We shopped big box stores in Jacksonville and they were more the 50% higher !
